Confidence Building Therapy - Building Self Esteem
One of Amanda Walsh's areas of specialism is training clients with low self-esteem to feel more confident and competent. An important goal for many clients is to achieve self-acceptance. The aim with a treatment plan based on Confidence Building Therapy - Building Self Esteem or Social Anxiety Therapy, is that as opposed to feeling self-conscious one feels comfortable, relaxed and focused on the task at hand/conversation topic, in a variety of social situations.
Sessions are between fifty minutes and an hour in duration and consist of primarily cognitive behavioural therapy techniques and strategies, psychology, psychotherapy, mindfulness and hypnosis when it is pertinent. You can meet with Amanda for (no obligation) initial consultation exploring the challenges you are experiencing. By the end of this consultation, Amanda will be in a position to inform you how many sessions are recommended and the various techniques and strategies that will inform your treatment plan.
